YES!!! I've imagined a scenario like this happening at a modern-day bodybuilding competition, where some evil dudes take over the theatre full of International VIPs, but to make their point, they first kill all of the bodybuilders on stage! (And there are still more musclemen waiting backstage and in the wings, who can suffer the same fate if the seriousness of the bad guys needs to be reinforced!)
