Several followers asked about the muscular bare-chested actor in the "Knifed in the Gut" post. He is actor Pietro Torrisi, who starred in many Sword and Sandal films of the 60's and continued to have a successful career as an actor, stunt man, and producer. He was often uncredited as is the case in the video with him getting the knife thrown into his gut.

He is also uncredited in this great scene from the film "The 10th Victim". Torrisi is the gladiator with the trident who is stabbed at the end of the scene.
He's fantastic. Once you identified him, I was able to discover that he's been in several of my favourite old Sword-and-Sandals epics! He's always that magnificently muscled gladiator in the background that I wished the camera would linger over longer... whose death in the Arena I wanted to see up-close! WOOF! He was a competitive bodybuilder too! (no real surprise there)
